When Will You Receive Your Card?

You have 14 business days from receipt to activate it, or your account may be closed.

- Enter your card number, DOB, SSN last 4 digits
- Follow prompts to complete
Don’t have login info yet? No worries! Select “Register Your Account” instead and provide:
- Last name
- Zip code
- Full SSN
- DOB
Then create a username and password.
Activate By Phone
Call 1-800-305-0330 to activate with a customer service rep.
You’ll need to provide:
- Full SSN
- Name
- Address
- DOB
And confirm your identity before they can activate the card.
