What is Payworks.ca?

Logging In as an Employee
As an employee, your company’s HR team would have set up your access to the Payworks portal. Getting in is easy:
- Go to www.payworks.ca.
- Click Login at the top.
- Enter your Customer ID, Username and Password provided by HR.
- Hit Login!
And you’re in! You can now view pay statements, tax forms, time off details, and more.
Forgot your password?
If you can’t recall your password for the life of you, just click Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your Customer ID, Email, and User ID. Payworks will email you instructions to reset it.
Managing Employee Access as HR
For HR folks managing employee access, you have full control over:
- Who can access Payworks
- What they can see and manage
- Adding or removing access
- Resetting employee passwords
This keeps sensitive payroll data secure while allowing self-service for employees. Pretty nifty!
