What is the McDonald’s Employee Portal?
McDonald’s offers an online portal called AccessMCD for employees to:
- Take training courses related to your role
- View your schedule
- Check payroll information
- Learn about McDonald’s products and company news
It’s a helpful site to visit regularly so you can grow your skills and stay updated on what’s happening at McDonald’s.
Creating Your McDonald’s Employee Account
To access the portal, you’ll first need to create an employee account:
- Go to www.accessmcd.com
- Click on Crew
- Select McDonald’s ID
- Enter your details to register
Once registered, make sure to write down your McDonald’s ID and password for future logins.
Logging In to AccessMCD
- Go to www.accessmcd.com
- Enter your McDonald’s ID
- Enter your password
- Click Login
And you’re in!
Resetting Your Password
If you ever forget your password, just click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.
