- Enter your HRBlock email address
- Click “Next”
- Enter your DNA password
- Click “Sign In”

I Forgot My Password – Now What?
No worries, resetting your password is simple.
- On the DNA login page click “Forgot your password?” under the password field
- Enter your HRBlock email address
- Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge by checking “I’m not a robot”
- Click “Email me a reset link”
- Open the password reset email and click the link to create a new password

How Do I Find My DNA Username?
Can’t remember your exact DNA username? We’ll help you look it up.

- Click “Look Up Your HRB Login ID”
- Enter your first and last name associated with your HRBlock account
- Enter the last 5 digits of your social security number
- Enter your date of birth
- Click “Look Up Login ID”
Your username will be emailed to you immediately. Once you have it, head to the login page to access your account.
