Forgot Your Password? Here’s How to Reset It
Don’t worry if you forget your login password. Resetting it is easy:
- On the Panorama login page click “Forgot password?”
- Enter either your username or other details as prompted
- Click “Search”
- Correctly answer your security questions
- Enter and confirm a new password
- Click “Change Password”
You’ll then be able to access Panorama with your fresh login info.
Activating a New Panorama Account
As a new Charter employee, getting your Panorama account going takes little effort:
- Visit panorama.charter.com and click “Activate My Account”
- Enter your PID or legacy login ID and PIN
- Carefully read and accept the User Agreement
- Create a secure password
- Setup security questions in case you need to reset your password later
- Check your email for an account activation confirmation message
Setting Up a Charter Email Address
You can also create a custom @charter.com email through Panorama:
- Login to Panorama and click “Create an Email Account”
- Give your address a name and brief description
- Make up a secure password
- Set three security questions with answers
- Click “Create Account”
Be sure to check your mailbox setup details using the “Get Account Information” button.
