What You’ll Need Before We Get Started
- Your new Xfinity Mobile phone (powered off)
- An Xfinity Mobile SIM card
- Your Xfinity Mobile account details
- Account number
- Phone number (if transferring an existing number)
Step 1: Unbox Your New Phone and SIM Card
Carefully open up your phone’s box and take everything out. You should have:
- The phone
- Xfinity Mobile SIM card
- Charger
- Any other accessories
Leave your phone powered off and insert the SIM card as described in the box.
Step 2: Log Into Your Xfinity Account at xfinitymobile.com/activate
On another device, head to the activation page at xfinitymobile.com/activate and sign in with your Xfinity credentials.
Use the email, mobile number, or username you signed up with.
Once you’ve logged in:
- Click Let’s go.
- Select the phone you want to activate.
- Enter account details from previous carrier if transferring a number.
- Confirm billing address.
- Choose I want a new number or enter the number you wish to transfer.
- Click Activate.
You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done – usually within 10 minutes!
